Bygone Memories on an Irish Farm captures life in the 1940's when farmers grew corn, flax and potatoes. These skills along with the usual morning work such as milking and feeding are well documented in our productions and are accompanied with traditional crafts and skills that are sadly no longer with us today. This 4 DVD boxset was filmed at Joe Johnston's farm outside Desertmartin. It will bring back some happy memories to those that lived in that era, it will also show the younger generation just what life was like back in the 1940's.
